FIT

This program is our version of a “light” Crossfit class. Our FIT program is designed to give you the best metabolic conditioning style workout in a 45 minute class that incorporates endurance, bodyweight and plyometric movements. No previous Crossfit experience is required!

CROSSFIT

Crossfit classes are 1 hour in duration. They incorporate high intensity training with a mix of functional movements including: bodyweight movements, weightlifting and gymnastics. You must have previous Crossfit experience to join this program or have completed our On-Ramp program.

The Cordis Barbell Club is a weightlifting program designed to improve your olympic lifts and overall strength.  The classes are 90 Minutes in duration and programming is included in your package.
